About Us
Our classes are informal, informative, and carried out in a friendly and comfortable classroom setting at Bexar Community Shooting Range in Marion, Texas. Our classroom instruction is
structured around an informative PowerPoint slide presentation that includes short videos, demonstrations, and interactive discussions. Students are encouraged to ask questions and
participate in discussions, but are never pressured to do so.
Classes are generally small allowing for personal attention to all. Students will find them not only informative, but well organized, well presented and thorough in content. We strive to conduct the course in a manner that is easy to understand, interesting and engaging. We teach what you must know to fulfill the State requirements, and those things you should know to be a responsible gun owner.
Instructor - Todd Barnes
Certified and licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to teach the Texas Concealed Handgun License Class. Former non-commissioned Texas Peace Officer. Also possesses an Active Shooter certification. NRA Life member, and an experienced shooter having engaged in handgun and rifle competition shooting for several years.
